1. What is the exchange/refund policy?
At Pensy Garments, we do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange unused, unwashed, unaltered items — with original tags and packaging — at any Pensy outlet or via our E-store within 14 days of purchase.

2. How can I get a discount or promo code?

We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders above Rs.5,000 within Pakistan.
8. Which courier services do you use for deliveries?
We partner with trusted courier services including:
TCS, Call Courier, Swyft Courier (for domestic orders)
DHL (for international shipments).
9. What payment methods are available for online orders?
Pensy Garments currently offers:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
10. What’s the delivery time for online orders?
Domestic orders: 4 to 5 working days.
International orders: 10 to 15 working days (after confirmation).

Fill out your billing & shipping details.
Choose your payment method.
Click “Place Order Now” — done!
A confirmation email will follow shortly.
