Return and Exchange Policy

We at Pensy offer No Questions Asked return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery.  The policy written below is applied to all products that are purchased online or via store.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • A product/item purchased (online or via outlet) can be returned or exchanged from any other Pensy retail outlets. To look for your nearest Pensy Retail Store, click here.
  • Sale product / item is returned at sale price.
  • We expect our customers to not remove tags while trying our products/items. Incase the tags are removed from the product/item, Pensy offers 50% return on sale price.
  • Pensy’s Return/Exchange policy is not time bound. However, we expect our customers to reach out to us as soon as possible in following cases.
  • The product /item received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size, at the time of delivery.
  • The product or item does not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had purchased.

Shipping Policy:

Incase of Return/Exchange, Pensy bears full cost of delivery on both ends.

Customers can send their return/exchange products through following means:

  • Ship the product back to Pensy, via traceable courier service. (Shipping cost will be refunded.)
  • Contact Pensy customer support and ask for a pickup from your home/office for returned/exchanged goods. (Limited to specific locations.)

Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their online orders in 24 hours of order confirmation.
